These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Novi mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using Novi, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Novi provides an AI-powered productivity assistant, including chat, voice, memory features, and optional premium subscriptions. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Novi, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Premium features may require a paid subscription processed through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and free trials are handled according to Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or generate harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
6. AI-generated content
Novi uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some situations. You should not rely on Novi for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
7. Intellectual property
Novi and its branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using Novi at any time and delete your account in the app.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Novi after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
